Please find below, a link to a flow chart highlighting steps that need to be taken in case of students planning to travel abroad in relation to course works, such as the summer projects. In case of any travel that your students may have planned in relation to the summer projects, please ensure that the flow chart has been duly consulted and that the appropriate measures have been taken. We have emailed the students to take up primary responsibility in this regard, but supervisors would also need to ensure that students have followed through with this. The flow chart contains links to the Travel Advice Office, providing further clarifications of the requirements that need to be fulfilled in relation to specific  travel plans.
